Please call our Customer Service Department at 888-304-GAME (4263) for Return Authorization prior to returning any product. We will refund the full cost of the product if returned in satisfactory condition within 14 days of receipt by the customer of the item.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned unopened, in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, with any other item or accessory provided. IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.
On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
A full refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase for:

* Billing Errors
